Email marketing that turns your subscribers into REPEAT CUSTOMERS.
The people on your list already know you. Many have already paid you. We build email marketing that earns its place in the inbox, says something worth opening and brings them back to buy again, with automated emails that keep selling while you sleep. For businesses in Nigeria, the UK, the USA and anywhere in the world.
Your free email marketing review: we check your domain, list health, automations and last ten emails, then send your three biggest fixes in writing, usually within two working days.

See The ServiceWhy most email lists go quiet, and it is rarely the list’s fault
A list feels like an asset. But it only pays when your emails land, get read and give people a reason to buy again.
A story we hear all the time · Kemi is an illustration
It is Black Friday week in Lagos. Kemi runs a skincare brand, and 4,800 customer emails sit in her online store. She has not emailed them in eight months.
The last time she tried, she pasted 500 addresses into Gmail, typed “BIG SALE!!!” and pressed send. Dozens bounced. Gmail flagged her account. Two sales, and a week of worrying that she had broken something.
So now she pays for ads to reach strangers, while thousands of people who already bought from her, and already trust her, hear nothing. Her best customers are one email away, and she is scared to send it.
Her fear makes sense. Nobody told her what went wrong, so she blamed herself. But in accounts like hers, the list is rarely the problem. The system is. No authenticated domain, so inboxes did not trust her. One blast to everyone, so loyal buyers and one-time browsers got the same message. No automations, so new subscribers and abandoned carts got silence.
So we build the system, not another blast. Her domain authenticated. Her list split into buyers, browsers and sleepers. Welcome, cart and win-back flows running on their own. One useful email a week, in her voice. In this illustration: 31 orders in Black Friday week, and 12 more from the cart flow while she slept.
Kemi is not a real client, but we hear her story in email marketing reviews all the time. She never needed a bigger list. She needed to feel safe talking to the one she had. The money is in the list, but only if the emails land.

The six places email marketing leaks money
These are the leaks we find most often when we review an email marketing account. Each one has a fix.
No authenticated domain
Sending from a Gmail address, or a domain without SPF, DKIM and DMARC, tells inboxes not to trust you. Gmail and Yahoo now expect all three from bulk senders.
Fix: your own domain, fully authenticatedBought or forgotten lists
Old and bought addresses bounce, hit spam traps and complain. Even a small rise in complaints hurts your sender reputation, and Gmail asks bulk senders to stay under 0.1%.
Fix: opt-in only, cleaned every quarterOne blast for everyone
Your best customer and someone who signed up yesterday get the same email. One feels ignored, the other feels pushed.
Fix: segments by what people bought and didNo automations
No welcome email, no abandoned cart reminder, no win-back. Triggered emails reach people the moment they act, and most businesses never switch them on.
Fix: drip campaigns that run 24/7Emails nobody wants
All sales, no value. Five offers in one email. A design that breaks on a phone. People stop opening, and inboxes notice.
Fix: one idea, one button, built for phonesCounting opens, not sales
Apple Mail Privacy Protection loads emails in the background, so many “opens” are not people. Open rates flatter. Sales do not.
Fix: track clicks, orders and revenue per emailEmail marketing is not a blast. It is a sales system, if you build all six parts.
Email marketing pricing: four ways to work with us
Clear email marketing prices, in writing, before you pay anything. Our fee is separate from your email platform, which you pay for directly. Pick your currency, then pick how much of the work you want done for you.

Email platforms charge a monthly subscription, usually by how many subscribers you have or how many emails you send. That is paid to the platform. Our fee is separate, and we never mark it up.
Small lists can often start free: Mailchimp’s free plan covers 250 contacts, MailerLite’s 250 subscribers and Kit’s up to 10,000. As your list grows, so does the platform bill, which is why we clean your list and remove people who never read. Smaller, healthier lists cost less and land better. Your platform subscription is paid by you, separate from our fee, and we help you choose the plan that fits. How we count what is in each plan
A price only means something when you know what counts. This is ours, in writing.
Our fee and your platform
Two separate payments. Your email platform, like Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Brevo, is paid by you, to the platform, in your own account. Our fee is for the work, paid to us. We never mark up your platform bill, and many small lists can start on a free plan.
A campaign
One email sent to a list or segment: a newsletter, a promotion or a launch, written, designed, tested and reported. A version for a different segment of the same idea counts as part of the same campaign.
An automated flow
A series of emails that sends itself when someone does something: joins, abandons a cart, buys, or goes quiet. One flow can hold several emails, and it keeps working after we build it.
A subscriber
A person who agreed to hear from you and is still on your list. We never add bought or scraped addresses, and we remove people who bounce or ask to leave.
What we report
Clicks, orders and revenue per email first, then list growth, unsubscribes and spam complaints. Opens are shown, but never used to judge success, because privacy features inflate them.
A month
Thirty days from your first send, not the calendar month, so a mid-month start does not cost you days. No long contract: monthly plans stop with 14 days notice. Your list, templates and flows stay yours.
Pay in naira, dollars, pounds or euros by card or bank transfer. No long contract: monthly plans stop with 14 days notice. Not sure which plan fits? Use the free revenue calculator further down, or message us and we will tell you honestly, even if the answer is the smaller one. Need email as part of a bigger plan, with SEO, ads and WhatsApp? Why email marketing still works in 2026, with the data
Social media rents you an audience. Email lets you own one. Nobody can change the algorithm on your list, and the people on it asked to hear from you. Pair it with WhatsApp and SMS, and your customers hear from you where they actually read.
More people use email than any social network, and the number keeps growing.
The Radicati Group counts 4.73 billion email users in 2026, heading for 4.97 billion by 2028, sending and receiving about 392.5 billion emails a day.
Email reaches people who already said yes. Ads find new customers. Email keeps them, brings them back and sells to them again, without paying for every view. That is why our email marketing works hand in hand with Meta ads and Google ads, which fill the list, and WhatsApp, which closes the chat.
Three facts that decide whether your emails pay
From the inbox providers and independent research, with the sources linked.
MailerLite, December 2024 to November 2025. Across 3.6 million campaigns, the median open rate was 43.46%, but Apple’s privacy feature inflates opens. Clicks are the honest number. Treat 2% as a reference point, not a promise. Source.
Google, sender guidelines. Google asks bulk senders to keep complaints below 0.1% and never reach 0.3%, with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and one-click unsubscribe. Miss them and Gmail may send your emails to spam or reject them. Yahoo sets the same 0.3% line. Source.
Microsoft. Since 5 May 2025, Outlook expects high-volume senders to pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC, or risk being sent to junk or rejected. Deliverability is now the first job of email marketing. Source.
“Email is dead. Nobody reads email any more.”
The Radicati Group counts 4.73 billion email users in 2026, growing every year to an expected 4.97 billion by 2028, and almost every online purchase, booking and login still runs through an inbox. People ignore bad email, not email. Blasts from Gmail do not work, and that is what most people have tried. Good email marketing still turns subscribers into buyers, week after week.Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Kit or something else? The honest comparison
The best email marketing platform is the one that fits how you sell. We set up, run and move businesses between all of these, so we have no reason to push one. Free plans and starting prices were checked in October 2026, in US dollars before tax, on monthly billing unless stated.

Free plans are not free trials: they have limits on contacts and sends, and prices change often, so check the platform’s own page before you buy. Looking for a Mailchimp alternative? For stores we usually suggest Klaviyo, for creators Kit, and for tight budgets MailerLite or Brevo. Your platform subscription is paid to the platform, separate from our fee.
Email marketing services: how Greenlearners Technologies turns your list into sales

Whether you call it email marketing, email advertising, EDM or a newsletter, these six email marketing services work together to grow both. We show you what your list is worth, where it leaks, and which emails bring the money. You do not have to buy all six. The free review shows what you actually need.

What you see every month
Opens flatter. These are the email marketing numbers we track with you, so decisions come from sales, not vanity. Delivered means accepted by the inbox provider; where it lands is checked separately with inbox placement tests.
An open is not a sale. That is why we track the whole journey, from the email someone received to the money they paid, and we tell you plainly which numbers are measured and which are estimates.
What could your email list earn? Put a number on it.
Two free tools, no sign up. The first turns your list into clicks, orders, revenue and profit. The second scores your email set-up. Nothing you type is sent to us unless you choose to send it.
The email marketing revenue calculator
Put in your list, how often you email and what you know about clicks and orders. See what your email marketing could bring, and what you keep after our fee. An estimate, not a promise.
Better subject lines lift clicks. A better page after the click lifts buyers. Revenue moves with both, which is why we test the two together.
Your Email Marketing Health Score
Nine honest yes or no questions. You get a score out of 100, your level and your three most urgent fixes. It checks the foundations that decide whether your email marketing campaigns land and sell. Set-up gaps are flagged as urgent, because they decide whether your emails land at all. A free self-check, not a full audit: your real sender reputation can only be seen inside your account.
Answer the questions to see your score
Tap Yes or No on each one. Be honest: nobody sees this but you.
Want to learn the system yourself? Our six-week email marketing course walks through platforms, deliverability, automations and copywriting step by step, and our digital marketing strategies hub shows where email marketing fits in the bigger picture.
Your list, your data: and the inbox, not spam
Two things ruin email marketing for small businesses: an agency or platform that holds your list hostage, and sending habits that get your domain blocked. Our email marketing services are built so neither happens to you, and so you stay on the right side of the law in every country you send to.
What gets email senders blocked
A blocked domain can take weeks to recover, and every email you send in the meantime lands in spam. We would rather send fewer emails than burn your domain.
How we keep you in the inbox
Rules change with the country and with who you are emailing, so we check before we send. That means the Nigeria Data Protection Act, the UK’s email marketing rules, which treat people and businesses differently, and CAN-SPAM in the US.
We set everything up in your business’s name: the platform account, the sending domain, every subscriber and every flow. If we ever stop working together, you keep it all, including the templates and automations we built. Whoever you hire, insist on this.
Email marketing we have run, straight from the dashboards
Results are easy to promise and harder to prove. These email marketing results come from our clients’ own Brevo and campaign dashboards, and the full stories are in our digital marketing case studies. Most of our clients keep their revenue private, so we show what the screens show.

About Us

The honest part: open rates are flattered by Apple Mail Privacy Protection, which loads emails in the background, so we never sell a campaign on opens alone. What we judge every email by is clicks, orders and revenue, and what we judge every list by is whether it is still healthy six months later.
Email marketing for your industry, not a template
Every industry buys differently from the inbox, so our email marketing services start with the play that fits yours. Here is one we run for each.

Ecommerce marketingBooking confirmations and reminders that cut no-shows, a review request after each visit, and a gentle “time for your next appointment” email that fills the diary.
Healthcare marketingA free class or webinar, then a short sequence of value, proof and deadline, with reminders before every start date. The play behind the LearnWithPride list.
Education marketingNew homes and estates sent to the right buyers first, a monthly market newsletter for buyers at home and in the diaspora, and a WhatsApp button on every email.
Real estate marketingB2B email marketing that stays useful for months: a newsletter decision makers forward, case studies at the right moment, CRM mailing that tells sales who is ready, and LinkedIn working beside it.
B2B marketingWriting newsletters people wait for, on Kit or MailerLite, with a launch sequence for every course, book or programme and a simple funnel behind it.
Content marketingWhat email marketing cannot do, and who should not hire us
Good email marketing is powerful. It is not magic. You deserve to hear the limits before you spend a single naira, pound or dollar.

Email marketing: your questions, answered
What is email marketing?
Email marketing is sending planned, useful emails to people who agreed to hear from you, so they buy, book or come back. It includes newsletters, promotional emails, product launches and automated emails like welcome series and abandoned cart reminders. You may also hear it called e-mail marketing, mail marketing, EDM marketing or email advertising. Done well, email marketing turns one-time buyers into repeat customers, at a lower cost than reaching new people with ads.
How much does email marketing cost?
Two costs. Your email platform charges a subscription, usually by subscribers or emails sent, and many small lists can start free. Our fee is separate and fixed: Launch Right is a one-off 500,000 naira, 450 dollars, 360 pounds or 405 euros; Grow Every Week is 550,000 naira, 650 dollars, 520 pounds or 585 euros a month; Run It For Me is 950,000 naira, 1,450 dollars, 1,160 pounds or 1,305 euros a month; Own Your Market, for corporations and multi-brand businesses, is 2,000,000 naira, 3,500 dollars, 2,800 pounds or 3,150 euros a month. For platform costs, Mailchimp pricing and Mailchimp plans start with a free plan for 250 contacts, and Klaviyo pricing, Kit pricing (formerly ConvertKit pricing), MailerLite pricing, Mailjet pricing and the cost of Constant Contact all rise with your list. If email is part of a bigger plan, see our growth plans and pricing.
Which email marketing platform is best?
The one that fits how you sell. Klaviyo is strongest for online stores and Shopify email marketing, Kit for creators and newsletters, Mailchimp for small businesses that want an easy all-rounder, MailerLite and Brevo for value, and HubSpot email marketing for B2B teams who already use its CRM. Zoho Campaigns and Zoho email marketing suit businesses on Zoho, and Omnisend, Campaign Monitor, Emma email marketing, Campaigner email marketing, Benchmark Email and Squarespace Email Campaigns all have their place. The best newsletter platform for a writer is rarely the best email marketing platform for a store, which is why our free review starts with how you sell.
What is the best Mailchimp alternative?
It depends on why you are leaving. For online stores, Klaviyo is often the better fit, because it uses your store data in every flow, though results still depend on your list, offer and set-up. For creators, Kit has a free plan for up to 10,000 subscribers. For a free Mailchimp alternative or a cheaper one, MailerLite and Brevo are strong choices. Mailchimp free plan users often move when they pass 250 contacts. We move lists between platforms carefully, so your subscribers, history and domain reputation come with you.
Is there free email marketing?
Yes, for small lists. Free email marketing plans from Mailchimp, MailerLite, Kit, Brevo, HubSpot and Klaviyo let you start without paying, though each has limits on subscribers, sends or features. A free email marketing platform is fine for learning. Be careful with any free mass email sender that lets you blast thousands of people without authentication or an unsubscribe link, because it can get your domain blocked.
Should I buy an email list?
No. Buying email lists or purchasing email lists from brokers almost always backfires: the addresses are old, full of spam traps and people who never asked to hear from you, so complaints and bounces push all your emails into spam. In the UK and Nigeria it can also break data protection law. The best email list for marketing is one you build yourself, with signup forms, lead magnets and customers who opt in.
What is email deliverability, and why do my emails go to spam?
Email deliverability is whether your emails reach the inbox, not just whether they were sent. The usual causes of spam are a domain without SPF, DKIM and DMARC, sending from a free Gmail address, old or bought lists, high complaint rates, no one-click unsubscribe and emails that look like spam. Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook now enforce rules for bulk senders, and a domain needs a DMARC record as well as SPF and DKIM. Good email deployment fixes the set-up first, then sends steadily to people who want to hear from you.
What are automated emails and drip campaigns?
Automated emails send themselves when someone does something: joins your list, abandons a cart, buys, or goes quiet. A drip campaign, drip email or drip marketing sequence is a series of those emails spaced over days or weeks, sometimes called drip mail. Automated email marketing often performs strongly, because it reaches people at the moment they act, though results vary by business and by flow. These marketing automations are at the heart of our email marketing services.
How often should I send an email campaign or newsletter?
For most businesses, once a week to once every two weeks, with automated emails running in between. If you are restarting, a monthly newsletter is a sensible first step. The right rhythm depends on what your subscribers expect and how useful each email is. An email blast to everyone with the same offer, every day, is how lists burn out. We plan an email campaign calendar around your sales, seasons and launches, and help with writing newsletters people actually read.
Do you do Klaviyo and Shopify email marketing?
Yes. We set up and run Klaviyo email marketing and Shopify email for online stores, including Klaviyo Shopify integration, product feeds, abandoned cart and browse flows, post-purchase emails and Klaviyo SMS marketing where it fits. Email marketing for ecommerce is about flows first, then campaigns. We are an independent agency, not a Klaviyo or Shopify partner, and we recommend whichever platform fits your store.
Do you work with HubSpot and other CRMs?
Yes. HubSpot email marketing, HubSpot emailing and HubSpot mailing work well for B2B teams, because email, CRM and sales sit in one place. We also connect email CRM tools like Zoho, Pipedrive and your store, so CRM mailing is triggered by what leads and customers actually do.
Do you do B2B email marketing or cold email?
We do B2B email marketing to people who opted in: newsletters, nurture sequences and sales alerts that tell your team who is ready. We are not a cold email agency that blasts bought lists. Whether cold email is lawful depends on the country, whether you are writing to a person or a company, and how you identify yourself and handle opt-outs, so we check before we agree to send. Where it is lawful, we keep it personal, low volume and separate from your marketing list and main domain, which lowers the risk to your email reputation without removing it.
What results should I expect from email marketing?
It depends on your list, your offer and how often you send. For context, MailerLite’s 2025 benchmarks put the median open rate at 43.46% and click rate at 2.09% across 3.6 million campaigns from December 2024 to November 2025. Treat them as reference points, not targets, and remember Apple’s privacy feature inflates opens. We judge email marketing by clicks, orders and revenue per email. Our LearnWithPride campaigns reached a 58.63% open rate on a send to 6,497 people, but that is their list, not a promise for yours.
What do I get in the free email marketing review?
A written review of your email marketing, sent on WhatsApp or by email, usually within two working days. We check your sending domain, list health, automations and your last ten emails, or your plan if you have never sent email marketing, and show you your three biggest leaks and the first fixes. You can fix them yourself, or ask us to quote for the work. There is no obligation.
Who owns my email list?
You do, from day one. We set up your email platform, sending domain and every subscriber in your business’s name, with you as the owner and our team as users you can remove. Your platform subscription is paid from your own card. If we ever stop working together, you keep your list, templates and automations.
Is email marketing good for small businesses?
Yes. Email marketing for small business is one of the cheapest ways to bring customers back, because you already paid to win them once. A small, clean list with a welcome series, one useful email a week and an abandoned cart or follow-up flow can outsell a much bigger list that only gets blasts. Our small business marketing plans keep it realistic.
Do you guarantee results from email marketing?
No, and no honest email marketing agency can. Inboxes, lists and offers all behave differently. What we do promise is the work, written into the scope: a set-up that follows Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook rules, emails written for your customers, automations that run, honest testing and a plain report of what every email earned. If something is not working, we tell you and change it.
Can I learn email marketing myself?
Yes. Our six-week email marketing course teaches platforms, deliverability, automations, segmentation, email copywriting and email marketing best practices step by step. If you would rather have it done for you by an email marketing specialist, that is what our email marketing services are for.
Do you run email marketing for businesses outside Nigeria?
Yes. As an email marketing company serving clients worldwide, we run email marketing for businesses in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the Netherlands, as well as across Nigeria and Africa, and our diaspora marketing team runs email for Africans abroad selling back home. We follow the email rules of each country you send to.
